How do I label my sources?

I have to do a research essay and I have found my sources but I do not know how to place them on the essay. An example of what I did. "The army of Colombia is one of the largest in South America (Source: About.com: Geography Section called Military)" my professor said the way I labled it was wrong how should I Label it?
