Yes, she's right on track, she's doing perfectly. Using wa wa instead of water is noo big deal, just as long as you call it water she will catch on and begin saying it correctly. You could tell her "say water" but I wouldn't even force it. My daughter did the same thing, she just began fixing her words herself.
